I guarantee all products that you purchase are free of defects or you may return them within 14 days for a refund or exchange. If you choose a refund, only the price of the item, excluding the shipping, will be refunded.
The item must be returned with all tags still attached.
Refunds and Exchanges will not be allowed on any custom orders.
PLEASE remember that natural stones can vary slightly in color and shape, so the pictures displayed may not be identical to the items you receive. If given time, I can email pictures of the actual item you will receive. Even though pieces vary, most variations will not be noticeable.
